Updates to SEB Fund 3 – SEB Global Exposure Fund
The management company SEB Funds AB has decided to implement changes to the Sub-Fund SEB Fund 3 – SEB Global Exposure Fund, effective 19 December 2025. Major changes are described below.
Benchmark index change:
The Sub-Fund’s benchmark will change from MSCI All Country World Index to MSCI ACWI ex client defined securities, a custom MSCI index that excludes companies not meeting SEB’s sustainability standards. This update aligns the benchmark with the Sub-Fund’s sustainability approach and does not affect its risk profile.
Name change:
The Sub-Fund’s name will change to SEB Fund 3 – SEB Global All Countries Exposure, better reflecting its exposure to both developed and emerging markets.
Impact on investors:
No action is required. The value of investor’s holdings will not be affected, and the investment objective and strategy remain the same.
If investors do not agree with the upcoming changes, they may redeem their units free of charge before 17 December 2025, 12:00 CET. Please note that redemption proceeds may be subject to taxation under Latvian law.
More information about the changes is available on the SEB group webpage.
