The changes in the documentation for SEB SICAV, SEB SICAV-SIF and SEB FCP sub‑funds, effective from 23 February 2026
SEB Funds AB will implement several updates to the precontractual and sustainability disclosures for SEB SICAV, SEB SICAV-SIF and SEB FCP sub-funds. The changes take effect on 23 February 2026.
These updates concern the following funds:
Sub-funds affected (SEB SICAV 1, SEB SICAV 2, SEB SICAV-SIF):
- SEB Emerging Markets Fund
- SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap ex. Russia Fund
- SEB Listed Private Equity Fund
- SEB Nordic Small Cap Fund
- SEB Micro Cap Fund SICAV SIF
Sub-funds affected (FCP umbrellas SEB Fund 5, SEB Fund 1):
- SEB Corporate Bond Fund EUR / SEK

Key changes
- Updated sustainability disclosures (general updates)
- Updated Paris Aligned Benchmark thresholds (1% caps for coal distribution and metallurgical coal mining).
- Streamlined wording by referring to the Management Company’s overarching sustainability policy.
- Updated approach to military related investments.
- Clarified exclusions.
- Increases in minimum sustainable investment levels
- SEB Emerging Markets Fund → min. sustainable investments: 20%
- SEB Global Climate Opportunity Fund→ min. sustainable investments: 10%
- SEB Nordic Small Cap Fund → min. sustainable investments: 20%
- SEB European Equity Small Caps → min. sustainable investments: 10%
- Corporate Bond Funds (EUR/SEK) and Dynamic Bond Fund → min. sustainable investments: 20%
- Other changes
- SEB Emerging Markets Fund maximum management fee reduced from 1.75% to 1.50%..
- Listed Private Equity Fund clarified that it will typically hold 30–45 companies.
- Updates to boards of directors for SICAV 1, SICAV 2 and SICAV SIF.
- Legal entity name updated to SEB Funds AB (formerly SEB Investment Management AB).

The updates aim to:
- reflect enhanced sustainability data and improve transparency,
- align exclusions and sustainability thresholds with current EU and PAB standards (Paris‑Aligned Benchmark),
- ensure more accurate fund sustainability classifications
