On benchmark index change for SEB US Focus Core Fund
From 1 September 2025, SEB Funds AB will update the benchmark index for the SEB US Focus Core Fund. This update aims to maintain a representative and appropriate benchmark for the fund’s performance.
The benchmark index will change from Russell 1000 Net Return Index to MSCI USA Net Return Index. The change is effective as of 1 September 2025.
No action is required from investors. The investment value, fund objectives, strategy, fees, and risk profile will remain unchanged. Minor portfolio adjustments may be made, but no significant reallocations are expected.
If the investors do not agree with these changes, it is possible to redeem units free of charge until the cut-off time on 28 August 2025. ** Please note that redemptions may have tax implications.
