Amendments to SEB Securities Account Terms and conditions
Amendments to the provisions of the SEB Terms and conditions of Securities Account agreement will come into force on 5 November 2021.
A new clause (9.11.) has been added to the terms and conditions, which stipulates that in cases where the investment funds are reorganized and the Customer has not exercised the statutory right to request redemption of the units of the merging investment fund and cancellation of funds Standing order, Customer continues participation in the acquiring investment fund and previously submitted funds Standing order will continue to be executed for purchase of acquiring investment fund units.
