About merging SEB European Equity Funds
In order to improve investment opportunities we provide to our customers, on March 24, 2022, a merger of SEB European Equity Funds will begin – SEB European Equity Fund (the merging fund) will merge with SEB Fund 1 - SEB Europe Equity Fund (the receiving sub fund). The merger will conclude on March 25.
The merger does not have any foreseeable impact on your investment in the receiving fund, as the sub fund continues to follow the same investment objective and strategy and the fees remain the same.
As an investor in the receiving sub fund SEB Fund 1 - SEB Europe Equity Fund you are not required to act. However, if you do not agree with the merger, you can redeem fund units by March 24, 2022, until 14.00 (Latvian time).
