"It’s been a fantastic journey filled with interesting studies, new connections, and great events. The programme provided a safe environment to learn and develop my skills, and it also gave me the opportunity to meet many people from diverse backgrounds – participants from both the Tech Programme and the International Trainee Programme, as well as employees from all areas of the bank. Through the programme, I connected with people across the bank who offered valuable advice on how to progress in my career.”
