Customer Benefit Programme

Customer Benefit Programme is a special offer for active users of our bank services, who receive their salaries to a SEB banka account. The programme consists of three different levels that offer various discounts and advantages.

Every customer of SEB banka may become a member of the programme by applying via internet bank or at any branch of SEB banka.

After applying for the programme, the conditions of the level that you conform to shall determine the discounts and advantages of the programme that you will receive. Meanwhile, as your habits of using the services of the bank change, your level of customer benefit programme will change as well.

Priority queuing system at the branches of SEB banka for MasterCard Gold card users2

 

1 We send the information to the e-mail indicated in the Ibanka system. We only send information, special offers and event invitations to those customers who have indicated that they wish to receive the information of the bank in the internetbank section Settings - My Data.

2 Priority queuing system means that you will be serviced as the next or one after the next customer at the branches of SEB banka.

The level of Customer Benefit Programme will change depending on the changes in your habits of banking service use. Every customer of SEB banka may become a participant of the programme; meanwhile, in order to reach Silver and Gold level the customer must conform to certain conditions: they must have a regular monthly income on the account and a certain number and type of banking services used. As they change, your level of Customer Benefit Programme will change as well.

We will notify you on a change of the Customer Benefit Programme level via the e-mail address indicated in your Ibanka account.

You can easily change your contact information by selecting the Settings section of Ibanka.

How can I learn whether I have applied for the Benefit Programme and what the level of my participation is?

You can find out your Customer Benefit Programme membership status at the right side of the main page of your internet bank.

Can I apply for the programme even if I have not reached Silver / Gold level?

Yes, every customer may apply for the Customer Benefit Programme. Meanwhile the benefits of the Silver and Gold level will be applied as your habits of using the services of the bank change.

Why does my participant status change?

The level of Customer Benefit Programme changes depending on the changes in your habits of banking service use: the amount of regular monthly income on the account and the number and type of the banking services used. As they change, your level of Customer Benefit Programme will change as well.

What are the main advantages of the programme?

The main advantages of the programme include various discounts on daily banking services and the regular receipt of summarised information regarding news at the bank.

How can the priority queuing advantage be used at Gold level?

Every Gold customer who uses MasterCard Gold or MasterCard Platinum credit cards may use the priority queuing advantage at the branches of the bank.

In order to use the advantages of the priority queuing system, select the system Language -> For Gold and Platinum card customers and enter the first six digits of your Gold or Platinum card.

The customer pays for other services according to the standard SEB bank’s General Price list for individuals.

 


 

1 The Basic plan includes 10 payments in internet bank from the current account: between your own and to the accounts of other SEB customers; euro currency to another bank in Latvia and EEA countries (SEPA payments); regular payments; automatic payment of e-invoices.

2 The Active Plan additionally includes: use of all Credit Cards (except GOLD and World Elite) without a monthly fee during the entire duration of the plan.

3 The calculated commission for the received SMS messages is deducted once a day.

4 MasterCard Standard credit card, VISA Classic, MasterCard Classic, MasterCard contactless, VISA Gold, MasterCard Gold, VISA Style credit card.

5 Charged when the renewed card is activated.

6 The fee applies starting with the second month of using the card.

7 The discount is granted if the application is submitted in the Internet bank or any branch of SEB bank.

8 The maximum allowed subscription fee is indicated in prospectus regulating SEB mutual funds. In cases when maximum allowed subscription fee indicated in the prospectus exceeds the fee indicated in the pricelist, the smallest fee will be applied. Regular payment orders or operations in Internet bank are possible only for those funds for which this function has been provided for in the annex of the fund prospectus.
