The e-commerce payments solution helps to grow your business’ revenue by accepting payments in ways that are the most convenient for your customers: by card, bank transfer or PayPal.
E-commerce payments solution allows online merchants to try out a new form of payment based on the principles of Open Banking - with the same agreement initiate payments from customer accounts not only in SEB, but also in other major Baltic banks (i.e. Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor, etc.). Buyers can continue using any bank account for payment. Meanwhile, merchant can manage their online stores in a single system, signing an agreement with only one financial service provider, rather than multiple ones.
With the same solution merchants can accept payments using Mastercard or Visa. Other forms of payments are also offered, tailored to the needs of the company: Paypal payments, LinkPay payment orders sent by link.

Payments by card may be adjusted according to your business needs.
Payment by card is secure, as a cardholder is authenticated using Mastercard Identity Check or Visa Secure (3-D Secure) technologies.
From now on, having concluded an e-commerce payments agreement, you can accept payment orders for the goods and services from buyers that have accounts with major Baltic banks: SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, Citadele etc.
You will no longer need to conclude separate agreements with other banks. The buyer will choose bank as before and use bank’s authentication device to login and make payments.
SEB e-payments service offers a possibility to accept payments using PayPal – a worldwide popular payment system. If you have signed agreement with Paypal already, you will be able to manage Paypal payments conveniently in SEB e-commerce merchant portal with other payments methods.
The LinkPay payment link is a function of the e-commerce payment solution that allows customers to pay their invoices quickly. Unlike regular invoices sent as PDFs or on paper, LinkPay allows sending a payment link with the invoice, sms, e-mail or QR code. Clicking on the link opens a pre-filled payment order, which the customer simply needs to confirm. To pay, the customer can select a suitable payment method (bank card or a payment in internet bank) and pay conveniently on all smart devices.
LinkPay allows accepting payments without having a shopping cart on a company’s webpage.
LinkPay is a payment link for the merchant that can be forwarded to the customer via various channels. The merchant can define the payment details requested under the link and designate whether the amount is predetermined or entered by the customer.
LinkPay can be commonly used by merchants and service providers who are legal entities and own their homepage that describes quality as well as returning policy and delivery conditions of their goods and services (f.ex. home producers, craftsmen, accountancy service providers, utility service providers, landlords, sports and beauty service providers etc.).
Merchant's website must meet the following terms and conditions to use the service:
The website offering the goods or services must belong to a company that has concluded an agreement with the bank.
The website should indicate:
NB! The entire transaction process must be executed on the website specified in the agreement concluded with the bank. It is prohibited to direct the website to sites not specified in the agreement.
