About the programme

Trainings about basic skills, financial literacy and investment topics

Mentor, who is an expert from SEB to support your personal development

You will become a financial literacy expert in your class, giving lectures to your classmates

Duration: November 2025 to May 2026.
Programme is for 9-12th grade students

Opportunity to increase your and your schoolmate's knowledge of financial literacy
Mentoring from SEB expert, which accompanies you by acquiring new knowledge and skills
Knowledge in the field of savings and investment
Knowledge of personal branding, social media and public speaking
You’ll have the chance to shadow a SEB employee
Participation in exciting challenges that push you to grow and develop

The time to fill out applications for the SEB School Ambassador Programme has ended.

Students in grades 9 to 12 are welcome to apply
Lectures take place up to two times per month. They are held remotely via MS Teams after school hours
The opening event is sheduled for 7 November, with an in-person meeting in Riga, Elizabetes street 95
In the programme, we will support your personal development and performance with trainings about the bank, social media, and public speaking
Additionally, you will learn about personal finance management: savings, investments, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship
You'll put your newly acquired knowledge into practice by leading financial literacy lectures for your classmates and other students.
You will meet your mentor to prepare for the lectures, discuss the topics studied, and ask questions
Additionally, starting from January, you will be able to participate in different activities once a month, to meet other participants of the programme, as well as listen to interesting guests
