1. AS SEB banka (hereinafter: the SEB) “Smart technology – smart investing” campaign (hereinafter: the Campaign) goal is to grow SEB private clients (in age above 18) (hereinafter: the Client or the Clients) habit of investing by using securities portfolio management service available in Robo-Advisor in SEB app. For that purpose, SEB gifts to eligible users who have started using Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, Flip8, Fold8 or Fold8 Ultra and SEB app during Campaign Period from 24.08.2026. to 24.10.2026. additional one-time investment of 30 EUR (hereinafter: the Gift) to their Robo-Advisor portfolio. The Client can qualify for the Gift only once, even if they have entered into more than one Robo-Advisor agreement. The number of Gifts available is limited. Information on the remaining number of Gifts is published on the web page (Robo-Advisor ) and is updated weekly on Tuesdays.
2. These rules govern the offer, allocation and use of the Gift and set out the rights and obligations of the Client and SEB.
3. The Campaign takes place from 24.08.2026. to 24.10.2026. (hereinafter: the Period).
4. During the Campaign SEB gifts, the eligible Client one-time investment in the amount of 30 EUR.
5. To qualify for the Gift, all the following criteria must be met:
5.1. The Client has used their Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (SM-S948B), Flip8 (SM-F776B), Fold8 (SM-F971B) or Fold8 Ultra (SM-F976B) for a first time to log into SEB app and open subsection “Investments” during Campaign Period,
5.2. The Client must enter into a Robo-Advisor agreement or already have an existing Robo-Advisor agreement (the service has to be suitable to the Client according to SEB’s assessment).
6. The Client will not qualify for the Gift, if:
6.1. they are using SEB mobile app with any other device than Samsung S26 Ultra (SM-S948B), Flip8 (SM-F776B), Fold8 (SM-F971B) or Fold8 Ultra (SM-F976B) during Campaign Period,
6.2. they used Samsung S26 Ultra (SM-S948B), Flip8 (SM-F776B), Fold8 (SM-F971B) or Fold8 Ultra (SM-F976B) as a device to log in to SEB app outside of the Campaign Period,
6.3. they do not have active Robo-Advisor agreement during Campaign Period,
6.4. they have already received the Gift during this Campaign.
7. In case the Client signed or already has more than one Robo-Advisor agreement during the Campaign – the Gift will be granted only to the newest existing portfolio; others won’t qualify.
8. SEB will verify Client compliance with the criteria set in these rules and pay the Gift out once a week on a Tuesdays until 27.10.2026.
9. Clients who qualify for the Gift by 27.10.2026. will receive the Gift in their Robo-Advisor portfolio cash account on the next Tuesday. The Gift will then be invested into the Client’s Robo-Advisor portfolio by SEB in accordance with Client’s Robo-Advisor agreement.
10. The Gift will not be paid out in cash or transferred to any other account. The Gift may be used only as described in these rules.
11. SEB will calculate, declare and pay income tax related to the Gift.
12. The Client accepts the Campaign terms by logging into mobile app ''Investments'' section with their Samsung S26 Ultra (SM-S948B), Flip8 (SM-F776B), Fold8 (SM-F971B) or Fold8 Ultra (SM-F976B) during Campaign Period and, if they do not already have one, entering into the Robo-Advisor agreement through the Robo-Advisory feature in SEB mobile app.
13. Persons subject to restrictions on using SEB services, or otherwise prohibited from acquiring securities, cannot participate in the Campaign. For example, a restriction on using investment services applies to US citizens and UK residents, and to Russian and Belarussian citizens and residents as well.
14. Persons under the age of 18 cannot participate in the Campaign.
15. Employees of organiser of the Campaign are not participating in this Campaign.
16. SEB reserves the right to terminate or modify the Campaign without prior notice. The amendments do not apply to Clients who have logged into SEB app with their Samsung S26 Ultra (SM-S948B), Flip8 (SM-F776B), Fold8 (SM-F971B) or Fold8 Ultra (SM-F976B) and signed a Robo-Advisor agreement since the start of the Campaign period or after the start of the Campaign period. SEB will announce any such termination or modification via its website or other communication channels if possible.
17. In issues not regulated by these rules, the SEB General Terms and Conditions and Robo-Advisor agreement terms and conditions will apply. In case of a conflict between these rules and above specified documents, these rules shall prevail.
18. SEB is the data controller for the personal data processed as part of the Campaign. The processing of personal data is governed by SEB Privacy Policy.
19. All claims related to the organisation of the Campaign may be submitted to SEB by mail or email in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
