Prices

  • From the age of 27 the first 3 months are for free. After the free trial – 4 euros a month
  • For 18 to 26 year olds the free trial lasts until the age of 27. Afterwards – 4 euros a month

You will receive

After onboarding you will automatically get access to everything necessary for your daily finances via the modified version of SEB Active plan with one payment card, but excluding the credit card.

  • Handy app for overviewing and managing your daily finances and bank card on the go
  • Mastercard Debit contactless payment card for withdrawing cash, paying in stores and shopping online. For Android users – possibility to create a digital version of the card and make payments with phone
  • Unlimited amount of transactions to accounts in European banks (SEPA) without any additional commission fees
  • Convenient payments to your friends and family members in your phonebook by using only the recipient's phone number, as well as smart payment form and money request functionality
  • SEB current account with transfer limits of up to 10 000 euros a month and 4000 euros daily
  • Wide ATM network with more than 500 cashout places in Latvia alone, as well as the possibility to withdraw cash in stores

If at any point you need additional app's features, such as savings, insurance or investments, you can easily sign the full internet bank agreement at any time to gain access to all our services.

Learn how

Debit card an its PIN code will be delivered to you by post in 2 different envelopes within 5 working days. After receiving the card, you will need to activate it in the app.

Adult citizens of Latvia who currently don't have an account in SEB and are not politically exposed persons.

If onboarding via the app is not suitable for you, please choose another way to become our customer.

For the onboarding you will need:

 

  • Your passport or eID card

  • Good enough lightning to be able to make a selfie and record a video of yourself, as well as take photos of your document

If you need of additional banking services, such as loans, investments or access to the SEB internet bank, you can conclude the full internet banking agreement. That will grant you access to the full range of our services, and switch your current subscription of the modified Active plan to the full version of the plan for the same monthly fee.

How to upgrade and gain access to all services in the mobile app and internet bank:

Remotely via e-document signing

Suitable if you have Smart-ID qualified account.

  • Write to us in the app: More – Contact us – Write to us and state that you want to get upgraded to full internet bank access.
  • Receive an e-mail with a link to e-document signing site, where you will find a prepared internet bank agreement.
  • Login to e-document signing with your Smart-ID and sign the agreement. After signing the agreement, full access to services in the internet bank and mobile app will be enabled in just a few minutes
  • Fully log out and relog into your SEB app. Then enjoy full range of SEB services!

In a branch

Suitable if you don't have Smart-ID qualified level account.

  • Book a meeting at a branch and time that's convenient for you.
  • After a successful booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS.
  • By bringing your eID card or passport with you, visit the branch at the agreed time to sign the full internet bank agreement together with an SEB consultant. Full access to services in the internet bank and mobile app will be activated and ready to use right after the meeting.
  • Fully log out and relog into your SEB app. Then enjoy full range of SEB services!
