Notice to unithoders in SEB Fund 1 – SEB Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Fund
We would like to inform you that trading was suspended for Gramercy Corporate Emerging Market Debt Fund as of June 4 2019.
SEB Investment Management fund SEB Fund 1 – SEB Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Fund portfolio has been primarily invested in the master fund, Gramercy Corporate Emerging Market Debt Fund.
As a consequence, trading for the sub fund SEB Fund 1 – SEB Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Fund (C - LU1138413973 and UC- LU1791748475) was suspended. Investors are not able to buy, sell or switch their fund units.
Gramercy Corporate Emerging Market Debt Fund has announced the compulsory redemption of all shares in the fund. Consequently investors in SEB Fund 1 – SEB Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Fund will be sent a reimbursement payment that is in relation to the value of their investment at the time of liquidation. The distribution of reimbursement payments is planned as soon as possible after the liquidation is finalised at the end of June.
