Lower tax payments

For the contributions of the employer, the following tax is not payable:

  • for the company - 23.59% of the mandatory state social insurance contributions, when making contributions for the employee's life insurance and/or 3rd pension pillar up to 10% of the gross salary;
  • for the employee - the mandatory state social insurance contributions of 10.5% and personal income tax. Personal income tax is deducted at the time the savings are paid out.
     

For the individual contributions made by private persons:

  • it is possible to recover personal income tax on contributions to the 3rd pension pillar, which does not exceed 10% of the gross annual income (and does not exceed EUR 4,000 per year).
