Report the accident by submitting a claim online or calling the helpline +371 6733 8333

Filling the claim

  • Depending on the nature of the accident, report the appropriate authorities (police, fire department) immediately
  • Carry out the activities aimed at minimising the damage caused by the accident
  • Take pictures of the scene and the consequences of the accident
  • Report the accident to If Insurance no later than within 3 working days from the date of the accident
  • Do not start repairs without the consent of If Insurance
