Ieva Tetere, CEO of SEB banka in Latvia since 2015 and Chairwoman of Council in Finance Latvia Association from 2019 until 2024. Before joining SEB in 2005 as Head on Internal audit, Ieva Tetere was a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers team both in Latvia and for two years in London. Ieva cares that society makes informed decisions. It is important for her that her colleagues in the bank have the opportunity to grow professionally and that they share their knowledge with both customers and the general public.

Ints Krasts

SEB's board member Ints Krasts will provide an insight into the CFO Baltic survey which was conducted in September this year with the aim of better understanding the economic mood, as well as providing you with valuable feedback on the current business environment and trends in Latvia and Baltics.

Ints Krasts has been a member of the Board of SEB banka and Head of Corporate Customer Service in Latvia since 2014. From 2024 he is also Co-chair of lending committee of Finance Latvia Association. Ints is strongly convinced that every challenge should be seen as opportunity.

Today Johan’s primary focus lies in topical research of new and hot trends in the economy and financial markets. Johan joined SEB in 2004 and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Uppsala university.

Jānis Domburs

A Latvian journalist with more than 30 years of experience, best known as the host of public debate and political discussion programmes.

From 1994 to 2001, he headed the Independent Information and Research Bureau. Earlier in his career, he worked for the newspapers Atmoda and Latvijas Jaunatne, as well as Radio Free Europe. He gained wider public recognition in 2001 when he began hosting the LTV programme Kas notiek Latvijā? (“What’s Happening in Latvia?”), which became one of Latvia’s most-watched programmes before being paused in 2011. He has also hosted Deviņdesmitie (“The Nineties”), Krustpunkti, Dombura studija (LNT, 2014), and Delfi TV ar Jāni Domburu (2017–2021). In November 2021, he returned to LTV, bringing back Kas notiek Latvijā?.
 

Armands Tripāns

Matīss Kaža

He graduated in Film Directing from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and continued his education at the American Film Institute Conservatory in Los Angeles as well as the Latvian Academy of Culture. While studying in his second year in New York, he created his debut full-length documentary One Ticket, Please!, which went on to participate in several international festivals. In 2020, the documentaries "Klejotāji" and the feature film "Kino un mēs", followed in 2021 by the Western "Wild East. Kur vedīs ceļš". In 2022, Kaža’s films "Ūdens garš" and "Neona pavasaris" had their premieres. He is also the producer and co-writer of the animated film Flow (2024), which has won numerous awards, including the three most prestigious ones granted to a film – the European Film Academy Award, the U.S. film and television industry’s Golden Globe, and the Academy Award (Oscar). At the 97th Academy Awards, Matīss Kaža, at the age of 29, became the youngest Oscar nominee (and winner) in the category Best Animated Feature.

Per Bjernekull

Per Bjernekull joined SEB in 1999 and has been in various positions. Started his career covering small sized companies in Stockholm region before joining as Account manager in Stockholm and developed quickly into a Client Executive. Per has since then held various positions such as Head of Large Corporate Coverage Sweden and General manager in SEB New York. Starting from 2018 Per has been Head of Financial Strategy of LC&FI, which means he has deep understanding of developing rewarding and sound portfolios of corporate client relationships with a strong connectivity to the SEB ecosystem, i.e. credits, product areas and senior management.
