Report the accident by submitting a claim online or calling the helpline +371 6733 8333
Filling the claim
- Depending on the nature of the accident, report the appropriate authorities (police, fire department) immediately
- Carry out the activities aimed at minimising the damage caused by the accident
- Take pictures of the scene and the consequences of the accident
- Report the accident to If Insurance no later than within 3 working days from the date of the accident
- Do not start repairs without the consent of If Insurance
