1 If the transformation of operating leasing into financial leasing is carried out, then the minimum commission fee is applied.

- Sum insured must be: market value or replacement value;
- Insured risks: insurance cover for all risks or risk of fire, natural disasters, leakage of liquid or steam, risks of misconduct and collisions of third parties;
- SIA SEB līzings, reg. No. 50003334041, for which the payment of the insurance indemnity in the amount of the unfulfilled leasing obligations is provided upon the occurrence of the insured event;
- Deductible may not exceed 20% of the sum insured.
