Opportunities

Agreements, applications and other documents can be signed and submitted to the bank electronically, without the need to visit a bank’s branch in person. You can sign business related documents in your private internet bank, but later they will be stored in the Other/Settings – Digital documents section of the legal entity – company – internet bank, where they can be accessed by company signature holders or internet bank users with administrator rights. To use this service, you only need a qualified Smart-ID that has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature throughout the European Union.

E-documents most often signed by the companies:

  • loan agreements, including amendments;
  • accepting cards at places of trade (POS) agreements;
  • agreements related to leasing services;
  • e-commerce service related agreements.

The range of e-documents available for signing is constantly updated. In the digital documents section of the internet bank for business you can view e-documents waiting for your or third party’s electronic signature and upload an e-document to send it to the bank for processing. In the internet bank for business section Other/Settings – Digital documents you can conveniently find all the previously signed e-documents.

E-documents section is available to not only SEB customers, but also to persons who are not yet customers of SEB.
