Life insurance (without capital accumulation) provides financial security for company employees and their families, by anticipating paying out compensation in case of death of an employee. Accident insurance anticipates compensation for employee for various accidental injuries, bone fractures, permanent or temporary inability to work, hospital expenses, as well as compensation for family members, if as a result of an accident employee has passed away. Accident insurance is available only in a package with life insurance.

When choosing life insurance (without capital accumulation) and accident insurance for its employees, the company can qualify for tax incentives, anticipated by the state.
In accordance with the regulations in effect, the company does not have to pay inhabitant income tax and social tax for life insurance without capital accumulation (including accident insurance and health insurance) that does not exceed 10 % of employee gross compensation, but not more than EUR 426.86 per year. Besides the company has an option to conclude an agreement for as short as one year.
