  • Replacement of roof
  • Repair or replacement of internal communications (sewerage, risers, etc.)
  • Heat insulation of external walls
  • Repair of staircase
  • Repair or replacement of windows or doors
  • Heat insulation of basement overhead covers
  • Heat insulation of heating system pipelines, etc.

Borrowers can be apartment owner associations (apartment owners co-operative associations, apartment owners union) or specialised house management companies (limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, house management office, etc.) that has been managing house at least  two years.

Amount: up to 100% of the total cost of the project, capped at 140 EUR/m2
Term: up to 20 years
Interest rate: variable interest rate of 3, 6, or 12-month EURIBOR or SEB banka resource price for 24, 36 or 60 months (the surplus rate is set individually).

Collateral:

  • Future cash flows (a commercial pledge on receivables) and a deposit in the amount of at least two loan payments
  • Guarantee by Altum

Pledging of an apartment is not necessary, nor is the personal guarantee of the owner required.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • The consent of the two-thirds of the apartment owners required for carrying out an energy efficiency project, borrowing of a loan and increasing of the facility management fee (if necessary)
  • Loan repayment from the payments of the apartment owners for facility management
  • The possibility of co-financing in the form of grants (administered by ALTUM)
