Smart-ID is a free mobile app for authentication in the internet bank and confirmation of other transactions. You can register the qualified version of the app by using ID card, biometric method (if you previously had any Smart-ID account) or at a bank branch.

How to check whether you have qualified version of Smart-ID:

  1. Open Smart-ID app and press the three lines at the top of the screen;
  2. Select “User info”;
  3. Under “Account level” should be written “Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature”. If you have another version of Smart-ID and cannot register app’s qualified version using any of the remote methods, please book a visit at a branch.
