About SEB deLuxe fund liquidation
We would like to inform that on December 5, 2019, liquidation of SEB deLuxe investment fund was announced.
We would like to inform that on December 5, 2019, SEB Investment Management AB announced liquidation of SEB deLuxe investment fund and all of its sub-funds, citing that the assets under management are not sufficient to manage the sub funds efficiently, and believes that liquidation is in the best interest of unitholders.
SEB deLuxe and its sub-funds which are incorporated in Luxembourg, and are being liquidated:
- SEB deLuxe – Multi Asset Defensive (LU0122753667),
- SEB deLuxe – Multi Asset Defensive Plus (LU0135018314),
- SEB deLuxe – Multi Asset Balance (LU0122754046),
Liquidation proceedings
- 15:30 on 5 December 2019. The sub funds closed for transactions and the liquidation process begins. You as an investor will not be able to buy, sell, convert or transfer units in any of the sub funds.
- 6 December 2019. The date for the final net asset value (NAV) of the sub funds.
- By mid-December 2019. Investors in the sub fund will be sent a reimbursement payment that is in relation to the value of their investment at the time of liquidation.
Any expenses related to the sub fund’s liquidation are borne by the Management Company, SEB Investment Management AB.
