Information for SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia Fund investors

SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia Fund (LU0070133888) will undergo some changes with respect to its investment objective and policy as of 31 October 2019. The sub fund will mainly invest in equity or equity related transferable securities listed or traded on a regulated market issued by companies domiciled in Eastern European countries excluding Russia (including Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, North Macedonia), and/or companies not domiciled but which exercise a tangible part of their economic activity in any of the aforementioned countries.

Investors are not required to take action due to these changes.
