Changes in the working hours of several branches as of 5 November

Starting from 5 November 2018, there will be changes in the working hours of several branches of SEB banka.

The branches in Liepaja, Valmiera, Rezekne, Daugavpils and Ogre will have new working hours: they will be open fewer hours on Fridays (from 9AM to 3PM), and they will be open longer hours once a week (from 8.30AM to 6.30 PM).

Starting from 5 November, the Ogre branch will only offer cashless services. For cash transactions, customer will be able to use the cash deposit/disbursement ATM nearby the branch. Whereas the employees of the branch will devote more time to advising customers on finance-related matters.

Starting from 5 November, the branches in Talsi, Kuldiga, Saldus, Dobele, Bauska, Sigulda, Cesis, Smiltene, Aluksne, Madona and Jekabpils will provide face-to-face banking services three business days a week. During the rest of the business week, the employees of the branch will provide services to customers remotely, answering incoming calls and emails, as well as providing video consultations.

However, advice on loans and savings will be available to customers with prior appointment face-to-face as well as remotely on any business day.
