Global Banking & Finance Awards: SEB – best Retail bank in Latvia

One of the leading finance magazines Global Banking & Finance Review has recognised SEB Bank as the best Retail bank in Latvia in 2017 in its eight annual award programme Global Banking & Finance Awards.

Arnis Škapars, Member of the Board of SEB Bank: "Panel members of the Global Banking & Finance Awards have acknowledged our solutions provided in the private and small and medium enterprise segment as the most effective ones. A year ago, when we changed our internal and customer service IT system, we set a goal to make the banking services even more user-friendly for our customers. We work hard to make even more services available in digital and remote mode; we develop a possibility to sign documents in the online banking facility; we plan to implement online video consultations in order for customers to receive advice without having to visit the branch. We have implemented such an innovative and unique service as Digital Coin Jar. We assess and change locations of our branches in order to make them more convenient and accessible to our customers. The award we have received is a great appreciation of our achievements and an inspiration for the team to continue providing an excellent service to our customers."
