Changes in terms and coditions of payment cards and credit cards for individual and legal persons effective as of 1st of April, 2015
The following sections on the processing of complaints shall be amended and expressed in new wording.
1) Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of a Payment Card Agreement for Natural Persons;
2) Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of a Payment Card Agreement for Legal Entities;
3) Sections 8.11, and 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of a Credit Card Agreement for Natural Persons;
4) Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of a Credit Card Agreement for Legal Entities;
5) Section 13 of the General Terms and Conditions of a Junior Card Agreement;
6) Section 14 of the Terms and Conditions of a Payment Card of Your Style Agreement for Natural Persons.
