Important!
- The VISA Electron card should never be placed near a strong magnetic field, such as a cell phone.
- Memorize the PIN code of your VISA Electron card and do not reveal it to anybody. Do not keep it with the card, nor store it in the cell phone memory under " PIN Code" or "Code".
- Try to save sales receipts to compare them with the transactions statement!
- If you have a complaint about any of the transactions shown in the statement, you should submit it in writing to any SEB banka Client Service Center within 30 days.
- If the VISA Electron card is lost or stolen, please call immediately the SEB banka Client Support Service toll free telephone (+371) 8777 (during business hours), or the SIA "First Data Latvia" 24-hour telephone (+371) 7092555
- The loss of the card also has to be reported in writing within 14 days after the oral report
If you find your VISA Electron card after reporting it lost, it can no longer be used.
