The Pension Plan "SEB-SABALANSĒTAIS" (Registered in FKTK Licence Register with No.06.04.04.107/87) has assumed the liabilities of the Pension Plan "UNI-1" (license No.00404012).
SEB-SABALANSĒTAIS is a pension plan, where the contributions are received, accumulated, and paid out in LVL. The Plan intends to invest its funds in secure government and municipal securities and credit institution term deposits of high quality, to insure a stable return on the investments. To take advantage of favorable market conditions and gain additional income, total up to 25% of the Plan assets may be invested in shares and other capital securities, and total up to 10% of the Plan assets may be invested in real estate and risk capital market.
In addition to the investment regulations and limitations of the law "On Private Pension Funds", the Plan has the following asset investment rules (in percentages of the Plan assets):
- Total fixed income and money market financial instruments
- Total shares and other capital securities
- Total real estate and risk capital market
