Pension Plan

"The Pension Plan" is a gathering of systematized rules, governing the accumulation, investment, and payout of the pension fund assets. The Pension Plan is developed by the particular pension fund, but it is licensed by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.

The requirements for licensing pension plans are set by the Financial and Capital Markets Commission.

Once the license has been granted, any changes in the particular pension plan may be made only with the written permission of the Financial and Capital Markets Commission.
