Pension Plan "SEB-AKTĪVAIS"

SEB-AKTĪVAIS (Registered in FKTK Licence Register with No.06.04.05.107/86.1.) is a pension plan, where the assets are contributed, accumulated and paid out in LVL. The plan envisions an active and dynamic asset investment strategy, providing a greater long-term earnings potential. To realize this strategy, total up to 50% of the Plan assets may be invested in shares and other capital securities, and total up to 20% of the Plan assets may be invested in real estate and risk capital market. To protect the Pension Plan capital from rapid short-term fluctuations, the rest of the Plan's assets will be invested in secure, high-quality government, municipal and commercial company securities, and term deposits of credit institutions.


After the Euro becomes the currency of Latvia, the pension plan SEB-AKTĪVAIS will be merged with the pension plan SEB-EIROPENSIJA (license No.34, 07.12.2002.).


In addition to the investment regulations and limits set by the Law "On Private Pension Funds", the plan has the following investment rules (in percentages of the Plan's total assets):

Total fixed income and money market financial instruments

up to 100%

Total shares and other capital securities

up to 50%

Total real estate and risk capital market            

up to20%
