Now SEB banka offers to apply for 3^rd pillar pensions online. All you need to do is to fill out an application on Ibanka section Applications -> Savings -> 3^rd Pillar Pension. Also on Ibanka you have access to statements about instalments made and the accrued capital in the SEB pensiju fonds pension fund, in section Statements -> Pension.
