SEB offers to invest in the following traditional mutual funds: shares, bonds, balanced and money market funds. These funds are managed by professional financial market specialists by decreasing effectively the possible investment risk and increasing a possibility to earn more.
Advantages of traditional funds:
- option to take part in the world's financial markets, make investments both in low risk fixed income or bonds and money market investment funds, as well as in more dynamic investments in the markets of different countries, regions and economy fields;
- they are appropriate for reaching long-term accrual targets and creation of personal investment portfolio;
- higher profit potential in comparison to traditional types of investments (however one should note that profit is closely connected with risk, and investments in share funds are appropriate only for making long-term investments of experienced and knowledgeable investors with high risk tolerance level);
- traditional mutual funds are managed by financial market specialists by ensuring professional management of their invested funds according to the terms and conditions of the specific fund investment prospectus;
- at request it is possible to buy also non-publicly available mutual funds: in this case you yourself have to request additional information about making of investment in the given area, region or strategy;
- minimum investment amount – 15 USD, 15 EUR, 100 SEK, 100 NOK or 1500 JPY.
How to invest in traditional mutual funds?
In order to purchase any of SEB offered funds, you need an open securities account. Opening of securities account in ibanka is free of charge. Submission of SEB funds purchase order can be done in any SEB banka's branch, as well as in SEB banka's internet bank ibanka.
Performance of transactions:
- Orders submitted in the branch by 12.00 (in ibanka by 13.00) will be performed at the price of the same day on the next working day;
- Orders submitted in the branch after 12.00 (in ibanka after 13.00) will be performed at the price of the next day on the day after the next working day.

According to the amendments of 09.06.2010 to the law "On Personal Income Tax", income from the capital of a private individual are subject to tax deduction.
