Yes, You can state the time when you want to receive messages on changes in your account (for example, during the time from 8.00 to 20.00).

May I determine the limit; on what changes the SMS banka messages will be sent?
Yes, You can state the limit, on what changes you want to receive information (for example, starting from Ls 1, 5 or 20), thus decreasing the number of messages.

If you wish to change the parameters listed in your SMS banka application (e.g. your phone number, the minimum amount of reportable change) you should apply at any SEB banka Client service center or at internet bank www.ibanka.lv.

What should I do if my personal calculations do not agree with the account balance reported by the SMS banka?

Yes, You can receive a message only on incoming payments - message received will also indicate the payer and the available balance in the account after arrival of money.

Can I temporarily discontinue using the SMS banka, if I go on vacation or take a trip?
Yes, to discontinue the SMS banka services temporarily, send the message "ATSL" or "OFF" to service number of SMS banka: 8777. To renew the service, send "IESL" or "ON". If your telephone has international service, you can utilize the SMS banka while abroad. The charge for one message is the same - 0.06 LVL.

Can only specific cell phone models be connected to the SMS banka?
Any cell phone model connected to the LMT, Tele2, Bite or TRIATEL networks can be connected to the SMS banka (the users of the prepaid cards OKarte, Zelta Zivtiņa, BiFri and Amigo can also receive the SMS banka messages).
