Ibanka Glossary

Authorization Code

SEB banka accepts for execution tasks confirmed by the Code (shown on the Code Card or obtainable using the Digipass)

Digipass

An electronic device, which generates Access and Authorization codes. It can be purchased by any client of the SEB banka.

Code Card

A plastic card with Access and Authority Codes issued by SEB banka for users of the Ibanka.

User ID

Must be entered together with Password and Access Code to access Ibanka. Issued by SEB banka

Password

8 to 20 symbols, selected by the client, which have to be entered together with the User ID and Access Code to access Ibanka. The Password has to differ from the User ID.

Access Code

Code, that has to be entered to access www.ibanka.lv (shown on the Code Card or obtainable by using the Digipass).

Initial Password

A password assigned by SEB banka to access the Ibanka. It has to be changed on the first use of the Ibanka.
