Unable to log in Ibanka?

  • At the moment, you can use Ibanka with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox browser.
  • Please make sure that you have entered the correct User Code, Password, and Access Code from the Code card or Digipass.
  • Check that you use correctly the lower case and upper case letters in your Password.
  • If you have forgotten your Ibanka User Code or Password, or if the access to Ibanka has been blocked, please call the Client Centre on 8777 or visit the nearest SEB banka branch office.
  • Make sure that usage of cookies is enabled in Internet browser settings.
