I would like to open a Business account

To open a Business account, you have to come to an agreement with the buyer/seller as to what kind of transaction-confirming documents will be submitted to the bank (e.g. Real Estate Register deed, or the car registration certificate)

Among you, the buyer/seller and SEB banka, a tripartite contract will be concluded, and the buyer will then deposit the requisite amount in the contractual account. It will be released to the seller only when the transaction will have taken place in fact.
