Payments
At the ATM, select Other operations >> Payments to pay Latvenergo, Lattelecom, LMT, Tele2 and BITE bills or to top up OKarte, Zelta Zivtiņa, Bite and Amigo prepaid cards.
When making payments at an ATM, all the required payment details are entered by pressing the keys on the keyboard under the screen. When you enter the amount, e.g. LVL 7, also zeros have to be entered, i.e. 7 00. If you want to make a correction, select the correction key.
Useful information
When topping up a prepaid phone card, you have to enter the phone number and the amount to be topped up. You can top up both your and other peoples' phone card credits.
If you are using Tele2's prepaid phone card Zelta Zivtiņa, you can apply at our ATMs for the service "Zelta īsziņa" to be able to top up the prepaid card from your account by just sending a text message.
When entering the number of a Lattelecom bill, all the digits have to be entered without the dash.
