Service "Zelta īsziņa"

The service "Zelta īsziņa" is a possibility to top up your Zelta Zivtiņa prepaid phone card by sending a text message. To use the service, all you need is a payment card. The amount by which you want to top up your prepaid phone card Zelta Zivtiņa will be deducted from your payment card account. Top up text messages are free of charge.

Registration

To use the service "Zelta īsziņa", you need to register at an ATM of SEB banka. The registration at ATMs is free of charge.

Insert your payment card in the ATM and select:
Other operations >> Payments >> Registration for mobile payments

Then select:

Zelta īsziņa >> Registration

1. Enter the phone number; make sure that you enter the correct number and confirm it.
2. Enter the password - three digits chosen by you. You will have to use the password every time when using the service: sending text messages related to the service or changing the service parameters at the ATM. When the password is entered, confirm it.
3. Enter the maximum monthly top-up limit. It can be set only in whole lats - without santims. The maximum limit is LVL 99, but the minimum limit is LVL 1. When the limit is entered, confirm it.
4. The registration of the service "Zelta īsziņa" has been initiated. Within an hour, a confirmation message will be sent to the phone number you entered at the ATM.

You can register up to three Zelta Zivtiņa phone numbers for the service. Every phone number has to be registered individually at the ATM, and the monthly limit can be set for every number individually.

Topping up

To top up your Zelta Zivtiņa credit, send a text message to the number 688. Send the letters ZZ, the price of the selected top up card value (in lats and santims) and the password selected by you, when registering the service at the ATM. Leave a space between the letters ZZ, the three digits (between lats and santims) and the password.

Example To top up your card by the denomination of 2.95 lats, send the following text message to 688: ZZ 2 95 123.

The text message must begin with the letters ZZ, the digit 2 means lats, 95 means santims, but instead of the digits 123 enter your password. You will receive a confirmation text message. The prepaid card will be topped up within 20 minutes following the receipt of the text message. The service is available to registered users only. Top-up messages are free of charge. By using this service, the Zelta Zivtiņa credit can be topped up only by the denominations of Zelta Zivtiņa top up cards available at shops.

Change of parameters

If you want to change the registered service parameters, for example a phone number, the password or the monthly limit:

Insert your payment card in the ATM and select:

Other operations >> Payments >> Registration for mobile payments. Then select: Zelta īsziņa >> Change parameters

When you have confirmed the changed parameters, the changing process will be initiated. You will receive a confirmation text message from Tele2.

Cancellation of the service

If you want to cancel the service:

Insert your payment card in the ATM and select:

Other operations >> Payments >> Registration for mobile payments. Then select: Zelta īsziņa >> Terminate usage

When the ATM has confirmed the cancellation of the service "Zelta īsziņa", wait for the confirmation text message from Tele2.
