The Programme grants you favourable terms for banking services along with a special status, as well as lets you enjoy a preferential treatment. Depending on the contribution to the cooperation between you and the bank, it is possible to become a Programme Participant, Silver Customer or Gold Customer. The higher the level, the more advantages and opportunities are available to you. You can apply for the SEB Customer Programme at Internetbank (in the section Applications – Customer Benefit Programme) or in one of the SEB Client Service Centers. Remember- a fruitful cooperation never ends!
Apply for the ProgrammeThe first level - Programme Participant
As a Customer Programme Participant you have a certain status which can be checked at Internetbank. In your Inbox you will regularly receive information about the news and special offers for the Programme Participants.
The second level – Silver Club Participant
You have reached a respectable status in our programme. Participants of this Programme level receive discounts for several banking services (for instance, a fee of utilised credit, attendance of your Customer Plan, processing a Mortgage Loan and other services), as well as overviews of the financial market.
All Silver Customers can receive a free of charge consultation with the Bank's experts. Fill in the application form at the SEB homepage or in one of the SEB Client Service Centers.

The third level – Gold Club Participant
Gold Customer is an especially privileged level of the Customer Programme whose members receive the best return from the cooperation with the Bank. Gold Club enjoys the most considerable advantages. Take a look at some of them:

- A special telephone line;
- Higher discounts for banking services. You can see the discounts offered for SEB Gold Customers in the section "Regulations and Price list".
- Access to detailed reviews of the financial market;
- Priority in cues, when visiting SEB bank's branches with your Gold credit card.

The customer pays for other services according to the stardard SEB banka's Uniform Tariffs for Private Persons.
1 When the client reaches 60 years of age, the pricelist of Senior Plan is applied to SEB banka services included in the Customer Plan.
2 The Active Plan in addition includes – issue of a one Credit Card (VISA Classic, MasterCard Classic or Credit card of Your Style with the pricelist Revolving credit Line) and use without annual fee during the entire duration of the Customer Plan.
3 MasterCard Standarta credit card, VISA Classic, MasterCard Classic, VISA Gold, MasterCard Gold, MasterCard Platinum, VISA Credit card of Your Style.
4 If the customer has already a credit card issued by SEB banka - Free of charge.
5 Fee applies starting with the second year from the year the card was issued.
6 The maximum allowed subscription fee is indicated in each fund's prospectus. In cases when maximum allowed subscription fee indicated in the prospectus of the fund exceeds the fee indicated in the pricelist, a smaller fee will be applied. If the maximum subscription fee indicated in the prospectus is 0%, fee indicated in the prospectus will be applied. The price group for SEB funds that are included in the public offer is indicated in fund's fact sheet.
7 Regular payment orders or operations in Ibanka are possible only for those funds for which it has been provided for in the annex of the fund prospectus.

SEB Customer Benefit Programme consists of three levels which depend on your status and contribution to the cooperation with bank. Moving from one level to another, your advanatges and opportunities are increasing. To become the Programme Particpant of first level you just have to apply for the Programme at Internetbank or in one of the SEB Client Service Centers. As soon as you meet the requirements of the next level, you will be automatically transferred into the Silver or Gold Customer Club. The status of your Customer Benefit Programme can be checked at Internetbank (at the upper right corner of the first screen).
