An important part of our operations is based on advisory services and the arranging of financing to companies and institutions that need large amounts of capital or require assistance with complicated financing solutions. At the same time we create an attractive market for investors who wish to lend money and invest. Our ability to keep lenders and investors happy is crucial to our success. Another part of our business is to structure different investments products, mostly with an equity-related exposure that guarantees the capital amount.

One of the main cornerstones of this work is our credit analysis and our ability to understand our clients needs. Apart from following a large number of individual borrowers, we also perform more in-depth analyses that focus on specific industries. We regularly publish reports and comments on the public credit market - for use by borrowers and investors alike.

Securely placed capital
Today we are the leading Nordic bank in terms of mediating various bond loans and certificates, each with specific properties and uses - eurobonds, Euro medium-term notes, Euro commercial paper and debt instruments issued in the local Nordic markets. On the one hand, we help borrowers raise securely placed capital, and on the other, we provide investors with excellent investment opportunities.

When it comes to financing and managing the large credit facilities involved in corporate acquisitions, mergers and infrastructure projects, we often arrange, or jointly arrange, syndicated loans. We also assist in financing loans for property acquisitions and a variety of development projects connected with the property market. We also provide our customers with asset-backed securities, where loans are raised by issuing securities that are in turn linked to underlying assets.
