E-Broker

We invite investors, who carry out regular transactions with securities trades on Rīgas Fondu Birža - RFB (Riga Stock Exchange), to become users of the e-broker. The e-broker provides the option of accessing the RFB trading system by using the internet. The e-broker provides the following advantages:

  • The possibility of conducting securities transactions without going to the bank and without the mediation of a broker:
    • the investor can buy and trade securities quoted on the RFB from any computer in the world connected to the internet
    • the investor no longer needs to utilize the services of a broker
  • Economy of time:
    • by using the e-broker, the securities transaction request is submitted to RFB within a few seconds
    • the investor sees the stock prices in real time and can immediately react to any changes
    • the investor can follow the progress and stage of his order, and change or revoke it within seconds
  • You are your own broker:
    • for a very low fee you secure the opportunity to follow the market just like the brokers do
    • you can see all the orders placed on the RFB and observe the supply and demand of the securities.

The clients of SEB banka, users of the e-broker, have the opportunity of regularly receiving. via e-mail, the securities market analyses prepared by the SEB banka analysts.

Connection to the e-broker is free. The monthly charge for using the e-broker is 6 LVL for residents and 36 LVL for non-residents.

In order be able to use the e-broker you will need:

  • to secure a continuous internet connection, which has to be registered in the name of the user
  • to conclude a contract with SEB banka about the use of e-broker services
  • receive from SEB banka the RFB user code and initial password.

open a securities account with SEB banka. You may do it in any SEB banka branch by submitting an application for the opening and servicing of a securities account to any SEB banka client services representative.
