How frequently should one change the password?
For security reasons Ibanka automatically requires that you change your password once a year, but you may do it more often. You should definitely change the password if it has become known by another person.

Is it important to distinguish between upper and lower case when entering password?
Yes, for security reasons the system is designed to be case sensitive, so, please, remember how is written your password and enter it precisely.

Why is the Authorization Code needed?
The Authorization Code provides still another security level. Ibanka asks for it, when you want to make a payment. The Authorization Codes are shown on the Code Card or they may be obtained by using the Digipass.

What is a Digipass?
Digipass is an electronic device, which generates Access and Authorization codes. It can be purchased by any client of the Ibanka. This device is designed to provide increased security, since it has to be activated by a PIN code known only to you.

What does it costs to use Ibanka?
Connection to the Ibanka is free, additionally the transaction fees are lower than in the Client Service Centers
