Amendments to Prospectus and Management Regulations of Lat Reserve Fund

Financial and Capital Market Commission has registered amendments to the Prospectus and Management regulations of open-end investment fund Lat Reserve Fund (LRF) on August 30, 2005.

The Prospectus and Management regulations of LRF were revised due to changes in accounting for investment fund units. The amendments take effect on October 1, 2005. The Prospectus and Management regulations of LRF are published on the internet pages of Riga Stock Exchange www.rfb.lv and SEB Unibanka group www.seb.lv
